We are aiming to recruit a Kitchen Assistant (Part Time 16 hours per week) at Clare Lodge. The successful applicant must have a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes.
Part time position equivalent to 21 hours per week over a two week rota.
To assist the Cook in the production of a balanced, nutritious and attractively presented range of food stuffs and beverages for the Home. The successful candidate will have:
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and good kitchen practice.
- Working knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of nutrition and the provision of a balanced diet.
- Knowledge of the operation of cleaning equipment, Health and Safety legislation and COSHH Regulations.
