30 Hours Per Week
Supporting individuals who access Day Opportunities that have a disability or long term health condition to secure sustainable employment, voluntary or work placement positions as well as supporting the development of Day Opportunities within the community. This will include “in-work” support.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated to provide person centered assistance to the individuals we support. Support individuals to interviews, inductions and appointments with employers, be able to recognise and signpost to alternative organization’s if required. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Employment Market in which we operate and value the opportunities available through partnership working.

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Manage case files and complete reviews and attend meetings.
Providing 1:1 Support completing monthly reviews and providing ongoing assessment of the client’s journey
