An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Information and Access Co-ordinator to support the provision of information and advice for adults with care and support needs and children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families
The Information and Access Co-ordinator works with the Customer Feedback Manager to provide accessible and accurate information and advice to people with care and support needs and their families via a range of media.
The postholder will work with staff within the council’s customer facing teams to identify external communication requirements and produce high quality, accessible and accurate information across print and digital media platforms.
They will also produce a range of internal staff briefings on national and local issues.
They will provide support to the maintenance of the online Peterborough Information Network.
Interviews will be held on Monday 17 December.
