We have a secondment opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator whose principal role will be to assist frontline adult social care staff in their compliant use of the electronic client record by operating the daily running of the Frameworki Helpdesk. This role will be available until 30 April 2015.
The person covering this role will require the following skills and knowledge:
• Working knowledge of Frameworki
• Up-to-date knowledge of adult social care practice and processes
• Able to interpret and follow process maps
• Able to operate within given boundaries at all times
• Good listening and communications skills
• Able to convey clear and accurate guidance to all enquiries
• Have excellent standards and judgment skills in relation to adult social care quality and governance
• Able to judge when to escalate for senior-level decision or guidance
