We are seeking an ICT Helpdesk Administrator to support the College ICT team at both campuses.
As part of the role, you will be expected to maintain multiple ICT databases, also ensuring stock, licence and asset registers are up to date and available to audit. Our new colleague will possess a sound working knowledge of general administration and will have experience of, all forms of Microsoft software. You will have previous proven experience within a similar environment or role and you will be required to work as part of a small team. You will also possess excellent customer service skills.
