An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Needs Team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in housing and customer service, to join our busy front line housing advice service.
You will be responsible for:
· Giving housing advice to the residents of the city both face to face, on the telephone and via written methods
· Triage of applicants in order to identify potential homelessness and use of prevention tools to keep them in their homes
· Assisting in the delivery of our statutory services around homelessness
Ideally you will have knowledge of social housing, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team. You will also have experience of dealing with challenging customers with multiple needs.
This is a part time temporary post until 30.11.2022
