We have a vacancy in the Rough Sleeper Outreach team as a Housing, Health and Welfare Officer. The successful candidate will work within the Rough Sleeper Outreach team to ensure that we meet the holistic needs of rough sleepers. Experience of supporting complex clients is essential as the successful candidate will work to help those they are working with to attend appointments, complete application forms and ensure that they are engaging with the right services.
Understanding of housing options and support services available across the city is essential.
There will be a requirement to support the rough sleeper outreach officers by conducting outreach at various hours of the day and night.
