Clinical Lead – Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical lead role across Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Councils. Managing the Clinical Team, you will have a unique standpoint in ensuring that relational social work practice is enhanced, outcomes for children in care are improved, and that carers’ therapeutic abilities are nurtured.

The Clinical Team delivery model employs therapeutic approaches that are relational, that build strong relationships around the child, increase family regulation, parental sensitivity, attunement, and attachment security to their primary carers, as well as stronger relationships between siblings, and wider family network.
