We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated People Business Partner to join our friendly and forward-thinking HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a key time for PCC as we continue to deliver change and improvement across our services. We’re looking for someone who brings strong experience in employee relations and organisational change, with the flexibility to adapt and respond in a fast-moving environment.

About the Role:
As a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the organisation, you’ll provide expert HR advice and support on a wide range of issues. You’ll be a vital part of shaping and supporting change initiatives and driving positive outcomes for our people and services.

Proven experience in managing complex ER cases and supporting organisational change
A flexible, solution-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Confidence working independently and collaboratively
A passion for delivering meaningful outcomes
