This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administrator in a newly created post to assist the College managers with the delivery of a proactive HR service, supporting departmental and College objectives in line with Council policies and procedures and ensuring that consistency is maintained across the College.

The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of HR including processing of starters and leavers, sickness absence recording and reporting and assisting with the delivery of innovative and customer focused HR solutions to the organisation to enable the College to deliver its operational plans.
