Group Managers are new to Peterborough and part of our vision to develop innovative social care to vulnerable children and families.
Our approach is Family Safeguarding which brings together, both strengthening families with motivational interviewing, as the preferred style of delivering this model of practice to promote the best outcomes for children.
This role is looking for a self-motivated and dynamic experienced social work manager who’s is keen to join a leadership team to shape children's social work practice in Peterborough. You will need to have extensive management experience including change management in a social care setting, a strong evidence based approach, along with and a sound grasp of budget management and supervision of staff.
Candidates must hold a degree level qualification including a certified and current qualification in social work with evidence of continued professional development.
Salaries will be paid according to skills and experience.
An enhanced DBS check is required.
