We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fostering Recruitment Team Manager to join us at this exciting time for our fostering service.

You will be in at the start of our transformation journey and will be fully involved with our experienced and supportive management team in shaping and developing our fostering service to make it the best in the area.

We are fully committed to making sure that our children in care, live in foster homes where they are nurtured and receive warm therapeutic care which will support them to reach their full potential.

Your part in our journey is absolutely crucial to our success. As the Fostering Recruitment Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to be creative and innovative in recruiting high quality foster carers. You will have a team of specialists including a Marketing & Project Officer, Recruitment officers and assessing social workers to guide and support to achieve our goals.

You will be a qualified social worker and the role will be based at Sand Martin House in Peterborough.
