You’re a confident project manager with experience of managing a team.
Restorative and relational practice is a particular interest of yours and you have good knowledge of restorative practice approaches within the context of children, young people and families.
Not only do you have great social work experience, but you’re also clued up on project management techniques and running a project doesn’t phase you
What will you be doing in the role of Family Valued lead?
Using your management skills to the coordinate and implement the Family Valued Programme delivery plan!
Monitoring and reporting on the programme to ensure its objectives and outcomes are delivered on time and to a quality standard.
Supervising - Restorative practice leads as they embed relational and restorative practice across children’s social work teams
Family Valued.. what’s it all about?
This programme has been designed to spread restorative practice across children’s services. A key element is the focus on strengthening families through Relationship Based Practice.
This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on an exciting new programme in Peterborough’s Childrens services.
