Pay Grade: Grade 9 – Points 24 – 29 - £27,905 - £31,371 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a new facilities manager who will be responsible for a team of site officers/handyman/caretakers and contract cleaners, coffee shop supervisor and team.
With this role you will be responsibility for the general upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, scheduling building servicing, organise repairs and routine maintenance at Brook Street and John Mansfield Centre. Assisting the extended Day Opportunities service at out centres and any temporary venues of City College Peterborough, by providing facilities support, light maintenance and repairs at these locations, from in house Facilities team. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining quality and customer service, providing a good standard of facilities for our learners, tutors, staff and clients, in a clean, safe and friendly environment on our campus sites. To be the College’s Health and Safety Officer and the lead person on environmental accreditation, thus demonstrating best practice and leading on green initiatives.
