This is a permanent post
37 hours per week.

We are looking for a quality-focused and process-driven individual with the ability to interact with people at all levels. A forward thinker, with a positive “can do”, “will do” approach, together with the ability to work with others is essential. You will naturally work to put our customers at the heart of everything you do.

The job purpose is to support the Customer Experience and Exams Manager to ensure the provision of excellent administration and communication and the smooth running of public exams within the College, ensuring full compliance with all Awarding Body criteria. In addition, the role will provide effective support to students in terms of identifying any financial support needs as well as additional learning support.
