An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Prevention and Enforcement Service (PES) that tackles quality of life issues across the city. The service covers issues such as environmental crime, environmental enforcement, parking, housing enforcement, CCTV, and anti-social behaviour.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to take on the roles of environmental enforcement officers. The role will be part of a uniformed team delivering a visible presence in areas across the city and provide advice, support and enforcement to residents, visitors and businesses. Patrolling areas as directed, you will need to have ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner, stay calm under pressure, have good communication skills and be able to interpret and enforce legislation where and when necessary.
