The successful applicant will need to have a thorough understanding of the Early Help Assessment framework process (previously known as CAF) and how this can be used to improve outcomes for children and families. They will need to demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills to ensure positive productive partnership working.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the strategic and operational management of three locality based MASG panels in operation across the City of Peterborough.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for all three MASG panels. They will be required to provide direct support and advice to three Heads of Service who currently chair the panels.

The successful applicant will be expected to utilise and draw upon experiences of having held a previous position of Local Authority Early Help Co-ordinator/Support Officer or similar role.

The postholder will be required to work from sites across the city of Peterborough in order to support each of the 3 locality based panels.
