Further Information
The successful applicant will need to have a thorough understanding of the Early Help Assessment framework process (previously known as CAF) and the national Troubled Families agenda and how these can be used to improve outcomes for children and families. They will need to demonstrate excellent communication to ensure positive productive partnership working.

The post holder will be responsible for the tracking and monitoring of families engaged on the Connecting Families Programme, (local name for Troubled Families agenda), and be able to communicate effectively with partners in order to gain up to date information.

The post holder will be an integral part of the wider Early Help Service in Peterborough.
