All about the Role

The Early Help Hub works alongside the Peterborough Children's MASH. The successful applicant will need to have a good understanding of the Early Help Assessment framework process and how it is used to support children and families to improve outcomes.

The post holder will be responsible for processing contacts into Social Care which have an outcome of the recommendation of Early Help, to ensure timely support for families at risk. This will involve speaking with parents, young people and professionals over the telephone to identify and recommend the most appropriate support. 

The postholder will be responsible for reviewing Early Help Assessments submitted to the Local Authority for quality assurance and safeguarding checks.

The successful applicant will need to be familiar with using a variety of online systems.

This role is fixed term until March 2026
