The successful applicant will need to have a thorough understanding of the Early Help Assessment framework process (previously known as CAF) and how this can be used to improve outcomes for children and families. They will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure positive productive partnership working.
The successful applicant will be part of a small team required to obtain updates regarding the progress of children/young people/family’s experience as part of their Early Help episode. This will require an excellent telephone manner and accurate attention to detail to record information obtained.
The successful applicant will need to be familiar with using a variety of online systems.
The successful applicant will be required to work from Sand Martin House and Chord park, Godmanchester (on a rota basis)
