We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills to work as a Direct Payment Monitoring Officer within the Adult Social Care Department at our new offices at Fletton Quays.
The successful person will monitor and reconcile financial accounts received from Direct Payment recipients, checking that usage complies with policy and support plan outcomes.
They will also need:
• Good communication and diplomacy skills
• To be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
To be self- motivated and a good team player
