Your Key Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage effectively with learners and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a flair for professional telephone etiquette.
• Forward-thinking mindset, identifying innovative ways to drive success and development.
Responsibilities That Make an Impact:
• Collaborate with the marketing department to creatively market courses to learners via face-to-face, email, or phone interactions.
• Uphold the quality standards set by our funders and the organisation (don't worry, we'll provide training).
• Work seamlessly within a small team of dedicated professionals, supporting the manager in daily duties.
