City College Peterborough are looking to recruit an outstanding Curriculum Manager to join the Study Programme team to help plan, co-ordinate and deliver a flexible and innovative curriculum that enables young people to achieve their full potential.
The role will support the Study Programme manager and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to act flexibly in order to adapt to a frequently changing work environment and priorities. You will be an enthusiastic, inspiring, and inclusive manager, with demonstrable experience of supporting and motivating a team whilst driving continuous quality and performance improvement.
Experience and a proven track record of teaching, managing, and supporting a diverse set of learner needs, including those with learning difficulties, disabilities, social and emotional needs is essential.
