We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to work collaboratively across both Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council and partners to support the delivery of a broad range of data management and administrative needs relating to Covid-19 data. As part of our Public Health Team, this is an interesting and important time to be part of our journey as we work hard to control and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

If you are an experienced and professional administrator we would like to hear from you. You will need to be fully proficient at using IT systems, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). It is important that you can prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a fixed term contract post for one year, the core working hours are 8 to 4, Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be possible)

Working from home but base will be either Sand Martin House, Peterborough or Shire Hall, Cambridge.

It is imperative that candidates be flexible with regard to working hours and days as some unsocial hours/weekend work may be required. The team operates a flexible working policy so candidates may be assured that work undertaken outside of usual office hours will be compensated with time off in lieu.
