We are looking to appoint two exceptional candidates to the post of Supervised Contact Officer. These roles sit within the Corporate Parenting Service providing invaluable support to Children’s Social Care by supervising contact of children with their families.

Having achieved ‘Good’ in our 2018 Ofsted inspection we have firmly set our sights on ‘Outstanding’, and are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join us.

Based at the Welland Supervised Contact Centre, this opportunity allows the successful candidate facilitate children to have contact with their families in a safe and secure environment.

The successful candidate will have experience or knowledge of:
• supervising contacts
• child development
• working with families in times of change

along with:

• exceptional observation skills
• the ability to produce reports to summarise the sessions
• a good understanding planning and organisation
