Are you good at establishing effective working relationships with young people, including those who can be disengaged, and would you like to teach or support teaching and learning?
We currently have opportunities to join our 14-19 Study Programmes team at City College Peterborough
The ideal candidates will have a demonstrable track record in the construction industry and will be committed to improving the employability skills of young people in readiness to progress onto further learning, an apprenticeship or employment.
The successful candidates will be required to:
• Establish effective working relationships with young people
• Plan and deliver training relevant to the construction industry and standards
• Assess, monitor, record and support learner progress
• Work as part of a team to achieve timely results
