Peterborough Pathways is a specialist provision working in partnership with families to support children with complex disabilities. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to join our dedicated team and help make a difference to children’s lives.

Flexible availability is essential for this role as it will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, school holidays and split shifts.
Successful candidates will be motivated, resilient and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and empathy are essential requirements of the role and applicants should have a positive and supportive approach to children and their families.
