City College Peterborough requires a Community Development Worker to work with Managers to develop and initiate a high-quality, demand-led provision in the community.
The role will involve developing and maintaining partnerships within the community to assist in achieving College targets support the Big Society and promote the Localism agenda to enable communities and individuals to take a greater responsibility for shaping and developing their services and their futures.
The successful candidate will be a highly-motivated self-starter with a successful record of engaging and working with communities to widen participation into education and training.
