Public Health Commissioning Team Manager, Lifestyles and Primary Care: Public Health Joint Commissioning Unit. Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council.
We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Team Manager who will be responsible for commissioning the primary care and lifestyle public health services for Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council. The post will be part of the Public Health Joint Commissioning Unit (JCU) that sits within the Public Health Directorate and works across both local authorities.
The post has a team of three but all members of the JCU are encouraged to work across the different commissioning areas to build resilience and also for shared learning. We are looking for a flexible manager with experience of commissioning who is able and likes to work in a fast moving environment. Past experience of working with Public Health would be helpful. The post holder will be employed by Cambridgeshire County Council but will be expected to work in Peterborough City Council offices and across the two areas.
