These positions are located within a busy Children’s Services team and the successful candidate will be expected to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals from other agencies including the police, health, education and voluntary organisations..
They will manage complex individual cases, which will include evaluating, supporting, planning and the coordination of services to vulnerable children/adults.
