All about the Role
If you are a Registered Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities and their families, this could be the role for you!
We are looking for an inspirational, experienced registered manager who is motivated, ambitious, caring and committed to working within the Quality Care Standards and Childrens Homes regulations 2015.
We seek an individual who already has experience of being an Ofsted Registered Manager in a children’s home. You must have 5 years’ experience of working with children and young people within a residential setting and a minimum of 2 years working with children with disabilities.

All about You
- You hold a QCF Level 5 Management Qualification as a minimum, in addition to your experience.
- You can manage staff, and this is demonstrated through previous management experience, mentoring and coaching.
- You hold a full UK driving licence.
- You are able to work flexibly including working shifts and weekends, public and bank holidays, and occasional waking night duties.

Cherry Lodge is an 8 bedded residential short breaks home in Peterborough for children with learning disabilities who may also have physical disabilities, sensory needs, complex health needs and behaviours that challenge. The home is judged Good by Ofsted with dedicated staff in post.
