We are seeking a dynamic Catering Assistant for the College coffee shop and the extended College catering services. You will support the catering supervisor to develop and operate a friendly, efficient and high quality hospitality and social dining service to City College Peterborough staff, learners, customers and clients at City College Peterborough and other venues as required.
You will need to work as part of a team to achieve timely results. You will have had experience in front of house counter service, hospitality and vending services. You will be required to support the Catering Supervisor within basic food preparation and kitchen porter duties.
You must be passionate about food and be customer service focused, and you need to possess excellent organisational skills.
We are proud to maintain a five star food hygiene rating from the local authority.

During term time, you will work on a split shift system, which includes evening cover during the week.
