This is a great opportunity to work in a person centred way to improve the lives of people and their carer’s and to support people to achieve the best outcomes for them. Then main responsibilities of the role will be to reassess or review existing support ensuring we maximise people’s independence using a strengths based approach.
Experience of working with adults is essential as well as knowledge of current legislation together with a good understanding of person centred approach.
You will be supported by relevant training for the role and an enthusiastic and committed team.
