We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated team player who has experience in building control and holds, or is working towards, an appropriate technical qualification.
Duties will include initial assessment of building regulation applications and on-site inspections to ensure works comply with prescribed technical standards and approved details.
You must be computer literate with the ability to adapt to various software packages, able to work under pressure, use your own initiative and be comfortable working as a member of a team.
You will be customer focused with demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills
