Full Time – 37hrs pw / Base: Stanton House, Huntingdon but will be required to travel around the County of Cambridgeshire (including Peterborough).

Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council seek to provide the best possible solutions to meeting the care and support needs of local residents where this is required. It is always our goal to ensure that the services we commission and provide are personalised, proactive and enabling.
We have recently enhanced our Brokerage Team to enable us to provide strategic, system wide commissioning solutions. Working closely with Adult Social Care Teams and Health partners, the Brokerage Officers will work with independent care providers to provide value for money care and support in supported living settings in the community, or in residential care settings.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Brokerage Team to meet the needs of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough residents.
This roles will be based at Stanton House, Huntingdon but will need to hot desk each week from several key locations across Cambridgeshire to meet the needs of the service.
