THIS ROLE IS FIXED TERM UNTIL 31/03/2025
We have recently enhanced our Brokerage Team to enable us to provide strategic, system wide commissioning solutions, acknowledging the growing demands of the older population. Working closely with Adult Social Care Teams and Health partners, the Brokerage Team sources care provision from independent care providers, working hand in hand with local market, residents and service users to achieve the appropriate care required.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Brokerage Team to source care provision for the residents of Peterborough.
This role is primarily based at Sand Martin House/Remote working but the applicant may be needed to travel to other locations within Peterborough to meet the needs of the service.
