Further Information
Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council seek to provide the best possible solutions to meeting the care and support needs of local residents where this is required. It is always our goal to ensure that the services we commission and provide are personalised, proactive and enabling.
We have recently enhanced our Brokerage Team to enable us to provide strategic, system wide commissioning solutions. Working closely with Adult Social Care Teams and Health partners, the Brokers work with independent care providers to ensure appropriate provision is in place at a fair cost of care in supported living or residential care settings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Brokerage Team to meet the needs of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough residents. Full training will be provided to ensure that our staff have the skills required to meet the demands of the job and to expand their skill set.
This roles will be based at Stanton House, Huntingdon but will need to hot desk each week from several key locations across Cambridgeshire to meet the needs of the service.
