We are looking for a highly motivated, exceptional individual to take on the role of a Behaviour and Inclusion Officer working across all Peterborough City Council educational settings including primary, secondary, special and alternative providers. This a full-time role and will begin in April 2022. Successful candidates for this post will ideally possess some behavioural mentoring experience, with an interest in working with students with a wide range of behavioural and educational needs including emotional, social and mental health needs. A caring, flexible and common-sense approach is important. Primarily this includes working with pupils in schools to resolve difficulties causing concern promptly to avoid exclusion and to promote learning. The PCC Behaviour Team is a small but effective team that works closely with all school settings offering support to maximise the outcomes for those learners who are experiencing difficulties in their current setting.
