This new post of Assistant Director for Community Health and Social Care Integration is an integral leadership role responsible for identifying and developing community-led approaches that specifically help address demand in the health and social care system.
We are looking for an inspirational leader with extensive experience of working in health and social care, who is able to win the hearts and minds of communities and service providers in equal measure. Our expectation is high, and yours should be too - this is a unique opportunity to shape services that better meet the needs of citizens whilst reducing demand pressures at the same time.
This is a part time fixed term position for 10 months.
