Are you good at establishing effective working relationships with young people, including those who can be disengaged, and would you like to support teaching and learning?
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing additional classroom support to learners and will have experience of working with learners who are visually impaired
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Establish effective working relationships with learner/s
• Undertake the role of Learning Support Assistant inside and outside of the classroom in order to provide high quality support, to visually impaired learner/s on study programmes
• Be pro-active and effecting is providing all aspects of learning support
• Work effectively with tutors to ensure the level of challenge is appropriate for the learner/s
• To ensure continued welfare of our animals and be able to meet regulation standards of the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
• Support in the internal quality assurance of the animal care qualification.
NB. All positions are working with 16-24 year old Learners
