All about the Role

You will promote the engagement, participation and inclusion of children and young people across the city and lead engagement with all children open to Children Services to ensure their feedback shapes services.

You will be responsible for supporting specific young people groups including the Children in Care Council and Youth Council and will support and link with other participation groups in the city. 

Provisional interview date is W/C 26th May

  • You have recent experience of working with children and young people
  • You have a full driving licence and are willing and able to travel independently 
  • You are creative and enthusiastic.

Our small and dynamic team helps to empower the voices of children and young people across the city, leading on participation with children open to children's services including the Children in Care Council, and also supporting the work of the Youth Council and Youth MPs.
