Peterborough City Council is looking for a Senior AI Analyst to join our Digital Team. 

The Digital Team supports most of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that the council uses, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, CoPilot for M365, M365 Forms, and many of the other M365 apps. The team also support many of the council’s business systems, including Academy Revs and Bens, Information@Work, Hornbill, Unform IDOX, Flare, Capita One, Respond, as well as other functions like online forms, payment integrations, and file transfers. The team is responsible for supporting the Peterborough’s Digital Strategy to move all interactions with customers and partners to self-service and ‘digital by default’. 

The Senior AI Analyst role will be responsible for leveraging Artificial Intelligence solutions to secure real-world benefits for the council and its customers. The successful candidate will be someone who can push the council forwards in its AI strategy, help develop policy, processes and best practice. They will also be someone who has practical experience of developing and supporting AI solutions, and other apps and automations; this is an IT role. They should be enthusiastic about using new technologies and capable of engaging and supporting stakeholders and decision-makers.
