We are recruiting for a Head of Performance and Intelligence to lead the evolution of our service. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team dedicated to harnessing leading-edge technology and innovative strategies to support and realise Peterborough City Council's ambitious goals.
Your responsibilities will encompass the strategic development of the service, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of actionable insights to key stakeholders across various departments. From designing and implementing cutting-edge insight products to overseeing statutory return submissions, you'll play a central role in shaping our future. We're looking for a seasoned manager with a proven track record in Performance, Data, and Insight. Your passion for enhancing local services, coupled with your adeptness at navigating the latest technological advancements will drive success in this role. As a leader you will inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Your ability to engage with senior leaders and council members will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives forward. With your keen strategic vision and project management expertise, you'll ensure our service remains at the forefront of innovation, continuously evolving to meet the growing needs of our community.
