This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Early Years Team in Peterborough to support the development of wraparound childcare.
This is part of a national programme funded by the Department for Education (DfE), which aims to ensure that all parents and carers of primary school-aged children who need it, can access term time childcare in their local area from 8am-6pm.
In this role, you will work with service providers (Schools, Early Years and childcare settings, Childminders and Out of School Childcare) and other stakeholders to facilitate and support the development and maintenance of high quality, inclusive childcare for primary aged children, term time only. You will support establishing which areas need additional wraparound support, support processes to ensure the fair allocation of resources and will help to support schools and settings to develop business plans that enable viability post funding.
