Are you an experienced leader in the field of IT and Digital Services? Do you have a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary professional to join our team as the Service Director for IT and Digital Services.
As the Service Director, you will play a key role in our exciting journey of decoupling this service from Cambridgeshire County Council. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that is undergoing significant transformation, allowing you to make a real impact and shape the future of our IT and digital services for Peterborough City Council.
You will play a crucial role in our organisation, being accountable for a gross revenue budget of £8m and £3m capital. You will also lead the teams of IT Operations, Business & Digital Systems, Projects & Programmes and Customer Experience. You will have the opportunity to lead and guide these teams towards achieving our strategic objectives and delivering an outstanding service to our employees of PCC.
