The role will be based at Sand Martin House in Peterborough. Staff undertaking this role are currently working in a hybrid-way, working from home & the office throughout the week.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the Fostering Service area with administrative tasks & functions.

You will need a working knowledge of the standard Microsoft software suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience of using client databases. You should be self-motivated, flexible and have excellent organisational skills alongside the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise and forward plan.

The role will require you to provide high quality administrative support to the wider team including processing foster carer and special guardianship applications, completing annual reviews of all carers, completing statutory checks within a strict timescale, liaising with internal and external parties such as medical advisors, social workers and foster carers via email, letter and telephone, processing invoices and inputting data via excel.
