A very exciting opportunity has arisen in the rough sleeper outreach team (housing needs) as a Rough Sleeper supported accommodation officer.

Supporting rough sleepers to maintain their accommodation by providing a comprehensive range of support services for a specified period. Being reactive to the needs of a vulnerable cohort to ensure that they receive the support needed. Working with customers either individually or in a group to improve their quality of life, their ability to sustain their accommodation tenancies and the achievement of independent living.
The successful candidates will need to have experience of working with vulnerable people and be confident in communicating with clients and partners in all circumstances. You will also have experience of working with clients with substance misuse.

There will be a requirement to assist with outreach which takes place at any time of the day or night.
