Are you an outstanding leader, passionate about high quality early years and is ready for the next stage of their career?

Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are now looking for our new Head of Early Years and Childcare to build on the strong foundation and shape the next stage of our work across our early years network. We are searching for someone who will be committed to a challenging, fast paced, yet rewarding role. You would be at the heart of the education team by leading the early years and childcare advisory team, shaping the suite of services available to settings to support them in offering high quality provision.

We believe that every child deserves to realise their potential through having the ‘best start in life’ therefore our work is crucial. If you want to make a positive contribution to the quality of provision across the early years sector, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in leading and inspiring others. The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across a wide range of stakeholders is key to the success of this role. Alongside this being a strategic thinker, effective communicator, with the ability to successfully manage change would be beneficial.

Location: Hybrid working with flexibility to work in our Peterborough offices two days a week.
