Our Supported Adult Learning (SAL) provision is expanding and we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the team.
Our Supported Adult Learning provision offers a variety of courses in subjects such as Computer Skills, Preparing for Volunteering, Arts & Crafts and Creative Writing. The courses are designed to support adults with various additional learning needs by developing their skills, knowledge and confidence to reach their potential. We get to know our learners individually and work through an individualised learning plan to support them through the steps they need to take to reach a personal target.
As a Teaching Assistant for our SAL provision, you will play an important role in creating an inclusive learning environment that allows learners to thrive and reach their potential. You will support adults with a variety of additional learning needs and work alongside the tutor to adapt learning materials activities according to individual learner needs.
This is a highly rewarding role and we hope to find a Teaching Assistant to help us develop the provision.

Knowledge and experience with British Sign Language would be greatly received.
