We have a great opportunity based at City College Peterborough for a Multi-Skilled Tutor to become a key member of our childcare department.
As a tutor in Childcare, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our learners.
This exciting role will involve you to plan and deliver Childcare and enrichment courses across a range of levels in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner, supporting learners to achieve their full potential in a positive and engaging learning environment. You need to be an experienced, self-motivated, and confident tutor to deliver high-quality teaching and learning within our study programme provision, on a term-time plus 2 weeks basis (37 hours per week).
The ability to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons to all students at city college Peterborough is paramount. All the staff are dedicated to education, training, skills, and putting people first. People are at the heart of everything we do.
The job role will also include contributing to the continued development of the Department, providing tutorial support for learners, and carrying out the associated administrative tasks connected with the position.
The successful candidate will need to be vocationally qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare and be able to demonstrate in-depth subject knowledge.
A desirable industry or qualification-based knowledge of Health & Social care would be an advantage to support the department’s growing needs.

The successful candidate will be required to:

? Monitor, support, and record learner progress
? Provide innovative and stimulating training
? Work as part of a team to achieve timely results
